Emptying a garbage tote of its linen and garbage
What happened
Was attempting to lift a very heavy blue linen bag filled with wet towels out of the garbage tote and into the cart we hold linen into. Upon lifting over my head since you have to to get it into the cart. A sharp pain appeared in my lower back; the pain lasted around 10 minutes. Upon feeling better I continued my shift.
