working at my desk

I was walking towards the [REDACTED] tower from the house manager transfer center office; the rubber sole of my tennis shoe caught on the floor (there was no floor damage or lifting no object to trip over and no spills on the floor) my foot just caught briefly and I was unable to recover and fell heavily on my right shoulder. My left knee was immediately painful; however that faded quickly; unfortunately my right shoulder is becoming more painful as the night continues. This does not appear emergent I spoke with the [REDACTED] Manager [REDACTED] and will follow up with my PCP? He offered to send me to the emergency department but that seems like overstating the issue. My shoulder is sore my range of motion is somewhat limited and it just generally aches. It will likely be better soon. Several people stopped to assist me and Security officer [REDACTED] ? walked me to the parking garage.
