Holding patient 's leg
What happened
The patient was in 4-point restraints. With security and other caregivers including myself were holding her down as we were putting a harness under her. As she was supposed to be going to [REDACTED] However during this interaction her right leg that I was holding had gotten free (still in restraints). She proceeded to kick me in the stomach. I immediately dropped holding my abdomen.
