PATIENT ABLE TO SIT EOB BUT EXPERIENCING DIZZINESS AND REQUESTED BACK TO BED. AT THIS TIME 3 ADDITIONAL STAFF MEMBERS WERE CALLED TO ASSIST. PATIENT REQUIRED REPOSITIONING IN BED AND NEEDED HEAVY ASSISTANCE. PATIENT UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
