Mis-stepped causing fall slipped and fell backwards and landed rt. side shoulder. Rt. Knee twisted and felt a pop to rt. knee. [REDACTED] mis-stepped after grabbing a cord from the monitor and fell backwards injuring her right knee. Obvious deformity to the patellar region.
