Employee was pulling trash linen from Surgery area. When he reached the back of surgery he slipped on a wet place on the floor and fell. Employee landed on left hip buttock area. Left hip buttock area (fell onto) No obvious injury. Employee states it 's a little sore.

Employee administered medication to newborn after birth and while trying to recap the used needle the nurse sustained a needlestick to her left thumb.
