What happened
Employee text me (her manager on [REDACTED] and stated that she almost tripped over a heater in the Employee Health office the day before and that her feet was swollen. She stated that she was headed to the ER at [REDACTED] hospital. this was the day after which was the [REDACTED]. I did ask her why she didn 't say anything when it happen and she said that she didn 't want to disturb me. She went through the front door of the the office and the lights was off and she went to turn lights off and she tripped and stopped the fall with her hands. She said her feet twisted and she went down and this was her left feet and her right knee hit the ground.
