Employee called out on [REDACTED] and stated that he wasn 't feeling well he actually text me. He text again on [REDACTED] and said he was still not feeling well. Text again and said he made an appointment with his Doctor and it would be on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] He text [REDACTED] a Doctors note stating that the patient said he has been sick since [REDACTED] and would be out until [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] i receive another text from Mr. [REDACTED] stating that his Doctors appointment was because he hurt his Shoulders and back the day that he had to cover a schedule. He said that it was to much for one person to do and that his back was hurting. Prior to this didn 't report any incident concerning being hurt at work.
