What happened
[REDACTED] CP went into patient room too fix the patients pulse oximeter. The pul ox was located on patient foot. The paitent then kicked [REDACTED] in the face causing extreme pain. She was also wearing classes and kick caused the glasses to come down on face. Her eyes are showing sensitivity to light she leaving and will be checked out by health care facility. [REDACTED] also has a headache in the back of her eyes.
