Removing zip tie.

Team Member was attempting to remove a zip tie from a wire harness with a Martor [REDACTED] utility knife. As they were cutting towards themself the blade slipped from the tie and lacerated his left wrist above the level 4 HexArmor cut resistant glove. First aid was administered immediately in the first aid room and employee was taken the hospital where he received 4 stitches. He is doing fine and is expected to report for his shift [REDACTED]. TM was using the wrong tool for the task and cutting toward his left wrist. TM got 4 stitches to the left wrist.
