EE that was doing OP replens stated that I stacked a long blue bin inside a short one knowing it was unstable but thinking it would hold while I descended. I turned to descend and both bins tipped and fell. Nothing from the long bin exited the bin but items from the short blue bin did exit the bin as a co-worker was turning into the lane. She heard the crash stopped and was struck on top of the head by an item. The item that is being referred to is part number 7082538.
