Clearing parts from conveyor guard
What happened
A maintenance employee received a call that parts were caught in a conveyor guard. Maintenance employee went up on ladder turned off conveyor removed guard and cleared parts. The conveyor was turned back on to check the belt. The employee then hear parts still sounded like they were in the guard. Employee removed the guard again without turning off the conveyor. Upon reaching into the guard area employee 's watch caught on the conveyor belt and his arm was pulled into the unit.
