What happened
Lifting 6000lb skid with forklift backing out of trailer and thought the trailer was pulling away from the door. Panicked and dropped the skid to the floor which caused the forklift tail to lift and slam down. When the forklift slammed down it jostled [REDACTED] and says it hurt his back.
