[REDACTED] encountered a tipped over skid in the trailer he was unloading. He was attempting to flip it back over with his hands but it was too heavy. [REDACTED] came in to help him get it flipped over. As [REDACTED] continued to try to flip it [REDACTED] was lifting it with his forklift. Once they had it lifted upright [REDACTED] dropped his forklift blades back to the ground with [REDACTED] 's foot underneath. [REDACTED] was not wearing steel toe composite shoes.
