When [REDACTED] opened door 53 to begin unloading trailer [REDACTED] he encountered a pallet of tiles stacked on a crate. The pallet had fallen through the top of the crate in transit. Once the crate was pulled from the trailer the crate and all of the tiles broke scattering on the ground. During the process of recouping the shipment in [REDACTED] a tile cut through [REDACTED] glove and his middle finger while he was reaching to pick up a box of tile.
