On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Security [REDACTED] 1and Security [REDACTED] 2 had [REDACTED] EE stop by the office for medical attention as he had lacerated his left middle fingertip pad while slicing bread. Due to the narrowness of the cutting board and not having enough room to slice the bun the knife hit the lid of the cooling station causing the knife to change directions striking his finger. The cut was approximately a half an inch deep in a crescent shape. [REDACTED] tended to the wound as it had a plentiful amount of blood. He stated he had actually cut himself over and [REDACTED] prior but the amount of bleeding was concerning. EE was advised to call [REDACTED] and head to [REDACTED] to seek further medical advice as he may need stitches.?
