What happened
An employee of [REDACTED] was being trained on how to class -50 1st vanes. The employee was not wearing gloves as he was not touching any parts at the time just observing. Employee went to grab his notebook which he had placed on the table and while doing so his left index finger inadvertently contacted the edge of the leaf seal causing a laceration. Employee was taken for further medical evaluation where he received sutures.
