Cleaning water leak from jet edge
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the waterjet operator observed that the equipment was leaking water at the jet edge. The operator used a wet vac to clean up the water. Once the wet vac was full of water the operator was transferring it to a bucket so that the lead waterjet operator could transfer to the waste drum. While the operator was bending using proper lifting techniques while coming up felt a sharp pain in his sciatic nerve area lower back left side. Once operator felt the pain the operator set the shop vac back on the ground operator states that the shop vac was about 2 inches off of the ground during the lift.
