The employee was instructed to return to work with no restriction. [REDACTED] Employee visited [REDACTED] again because their condition was not improving they received restrictions and prescribed [REDACTED] 500 mg capsule. Follow up due in 3 days [REDACTED] employee followed up and received more restrictions; we could not accommodate; they were instructed to follow up in three days on [REDACTED]
