What happened
Shipping EE was picking up straps to move and did not notice that one was still hooked in the etrack When the EE went to turn to walk out of the trailer his foot got caught around the strap and caused him to turn and fall on the trailer floor and dock plate The result was pain in his lower left leg and ankle EE was taken to urgent care for Xrays Xrays did confirm a broken upper fibula on the left leg Recordable
