Employee States: Employee stated they were putting away the meat load in the cooler. They said they were placing a case of organic ground beef (stated it is around 40lbs. 50lbs.) onto a higher shelf. When they were extending their arms to do so they felt a pop in their right shoulder that caused them pain. They stated that they felt they could work through the pain and finished their shift that day. They stated the employees in meat knew they had hurt themself but the employee did not notify anyone in store management at the time of the incident.
