Employee States: Employee stated I was moving the cart to put dishes away. I had a lot of dishes drying in a holder. One of the large plastic Cambro 's container fell out of holder and hit top of my left hand. I pulled the cart with both of my hands. When happened my Sous Chef wanted me to report. I wanted to keep working and not report then. My left hand still in pain. I want to report today.
