What happened

Employee States: Employee stated When we used the [REDACTED] device we kept our hands straight which I did not kink my wrist in uncomfortable position. When we started using the Samsung handheld I noticed instead of holding like [REDACTED] by handle I 'm forced to hold with my whole hand. Now my wrist is turned at an uncomfortable angle. The device has a Velcro strip which does not help. Even though I 'm stretching my thumbs and fingers are in constant pain. I 've sought treatment for numbness in my fingers and thumbs. I was told that I have an ongoing condition in my hands and wrists. I want to fill out an incident report because my pain has worsened and spread to my wrist. Service manager took photos today of the device and the way I have to hold the device.
