Employee States: Employee states that she was in the backroom by her back stock. She states that she was getting a few items off of her backstock cart and had put them into a box to take to the shelf. She states that the box weighed aprox. 20lbs. she states that she lifted up the box to take it to her aisle she states that she took a few steps when she felt a pain in her left wrist that extended into her forearm. She states that she dropped the product onto the floor. She states that she felt a large amount of pain at that time. She states that she moved her fingers to make sure that nothing was broken. She states that she then picked up the items and put them into the box and took them to her aisle. She states that she told her manager that was in the backroom that she dropped her product on the floor but did not tell him at that time that she had been hurt.
