What happened
Employee States: Employee states that [REDACTED] to the incident he was not feeling well experiencing symptoms of shakiness. Employee went to open the oven to pull out a tray of cooked chicken. Employee stated that the heat from the oven caused him to feel even more uneasy and he started seeing white dots which resulted in him fainting. Employee passed out and fell on the floor and remained unconcious until medics arrived.
