Employee States: Employee states: I was doing donations; I was lifting a box of gallons of milk from the runner and placing them onto the scale. While doing so I felt the pull on my right arm. It starts inside my right elbow and the pain goes down to my right forearm. This also happened a [REDACTED] but I thought it wasnt anything bad so I didnt report it to anyone. It wasnt much pain back then but today when it happened again the pain was a lot worse so I let my team leader know right away which then when she instructed me to fill out the incident report.
