When I started rice production. I started noticing pain in my hands and thumbs especially when I flipped the rice cooker pots.

Employee States: Employee stated I noticed when I started rice production. I started noticing pain in my hands and thumbs especially when I flipped the rice cooker pots. Also I noticed when I cut rolls for long periods of time I got pain in my hands and neck. When I cut I am looking down to cut the rolls for extended period of time. At this time the pain has increased when I 'm home I 'm noticing numbness in my hands. I want to receive treatment to recover to prevent from needing to have surgery in the future.
