Employee States: Employee stated I was bringing powered pallet jack from water area and parking next to the baler. I turned off the power pallet jack. I hit the red button. I went to grab the plug to charge the power jack. My arm felt like something hit it. I saw that I had gouge in my wrist which is about 1.5 inches. I walked to my team leader and showed her. She put gauze and antibiotic on it and called human safety.
