Employee States: Employee stated I logged into the computer. I lift totes from the top of the U cart that were above my head. I stack totes near other employees. I bought away product in the refrigerator and on the shelves. I did not feel any discomfort while working. After work I noticed that my neck and left shoulder were tight and ached. I took some medication for muscle stiffness and my boyfriend massage the area. I did not get better. I went to Well Now on [REDACTED] hoping to feel better. When I reported to my employee advocate.
