What happened
An employee attempting to remove a manual pallet jack from under a turntable was unable to get the forks of the jack out. The employee increased their force in efforts to remove the manual pallet jack forks causing pain to their forearm and wrist. The employee reported the incident requested medical treatment and was sent to the local clinic where they were treated prescribed medication and placed on modified duty.
