What happened
A forklift operator pulling chemical orders from the TS rack stepped into the racking in an attempt to verify the material number on one of the drums on a pallet at the lower level when as they were coming out of the racking they hit there head on the cross beam. The employee attempted to keep working but after taking a break the right side of their head started to hurt more and soon sought medical treatment at the local clinic.
