What happened
[REDACTED] was working with a fellow employee to flip a machine mounted toolbox on it 's side to drill holes in the bottom. They always two man lift the toolbox on it 's side and place on the frame to drill holes in the bottom. While utilizing a two man lift [REDACTED]’s right arm let go of the toolbox and his left arm took on all the weight of the toolbox causing a left arm strain.
