Crating a mini screed in a wooden crate.

The employee was crating a mini screed. Left side is a dead man switch and Right side is the throttle. Pushing the throttled forward is throttled off. As you pull down towards you it 's throttling up more. The employee had loaded the machine into the crate and tried to back up a few inches to get the machine centered into the crate. He states that suddenly the machine shot upwards towards the top of the crate causing both of his hands to be pinned between the machine and the top of the crate. He was unable to move his hands. A co-worker was present and went around the machine and was able to pull the machine just enough forward to free the employee 's hands.
