What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an Associate on the AA [REDACTED] 2 was torquing the leveling rod inside the boom. As the Associate was utilizing a wrench to stabilize the rod while torquing the associates left hand had slipped off the wrench. Immediately after the associates hand slipped off they had felt a pop in their left shoulder and extreme discomfort.
