tightening a -8 fitting with 3 wrenches

An associate on the hose assembly table was tightening a -8 tank hose on the bundle table. As the associate was turning the torque wrench with their left hand the set of wrenches in their right hand had slipped off. Resulting in the 7 8 wrench to make contact with the associate 's upper lip causing the associate to have a small cut to the inside of their lip and a loose front right incisor tooth. Associate denied any immediate attention but was treated with Ice and Ibuprofen the Associate will have an appointment at a later time.
