Before the incident
Walking inside the scrap metal dumpster.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an Associate working on the HD plasma laser was traversing the inside of the scrap metal dumpster. As the Associate was walking in the dumpster to unhook the skeleton that was placed in there their foot has slid in one of the holes cut for parts in the skeleton. Causing the Associate to fall to the side of the dumpster striking the left side of their rib cage against the dumpster. Associate has redness to the area. Ice and Ibuprofen was immediately administered to help with pain and discomfort. Associate denied any additional medical treatment as well as a work-care call. The Associate will be monitored for any progressing issues throughout the shift.
