What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an associate training to be a laser operator was moving a sheet from the rack to the bed of laser 1. Upon finishing the task of lowering and blowing off the sheet the associate later felt something in their eye while putting paperwork on a cart. The associate was then taken to an eye wash station and rinsed their eyes for 15 minutes. Afterward the associate 's right eye was checked for foreign debris and none was found.
