What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an associate was drilling out holes on a boom. While drilling as they pulled the drill and bit out of the boom fiberglass dust was blown into the associate 's eyes. The associate then rinsed their eyes at an eye wash station. The associate thought they were fine but after returning to work their eyes remained irritated and they were taken to Concentra for evaluation.
