What happened
On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] an Associate was retrieving a full propane tank from the staging area outside of FAN. Upon attempting to get a bottle of propane for their lift. The Associate had pulled on one of the cage doors and felt a sharp pop in their right forearm. Work-care was called and advised Ice and Ibuprofen as treatment along with a follow up phone call scheduled for [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED]. Associate had left work early to help treat their sprain strain to the forearm. After further examination of the cages the door on one of them is bent to the point of not allowing the cage to close. A few of the others just needed the eye-bolt tightened down for max clearance for proper closure. More to come pending Associates exact recount of the event.
