[REDACTED] was taking a metal tube from a cart to a table for work.

What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] an associate was injured while performing job duties. The associate was working at the boom saw area when the incident occurred. The associate had grabbed a cut tube (Part #990532013) of metal to from a cart to take over to a table for further work. As the associate was walking their shirt caught another cut tube of steel on the same cart the tube was taken from. This caused the tube to fall off the cart to the floor striking the associate in the foot. When the cut tube struck the associates foot it cut through the associates foot causing a deep laceration to the top of the left foot near the 5th toe. The associate was wearing steel toed boots with built in metatarsal guards as required in the area. However the tube landed just off the side of the guard causing it to cut into the boot.
