Cutting the frame extension off of the truck chassis.
What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] an associate sustained a toe injury. The associate was removing the front frame extensions off the chassis. While doing so the part that was cut fell to the ground landing on the associates toe. The associate was not wearing steel toed boots at the time of the incident. As the associate was cutting off the front extension they had their left foot forward near the extension that was being cut.
