What happened
An associate in testing [REDACTED] was using a torque gun to loosen a cross-threaded bolt. Upon using the torque gun the associate 's hand was struck by the reaction bar resulting in a laceration puncture to the thumb of the left hand. It was later discovered that the knuckle of the left thumb was fractured.
