What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED]: On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] and associate began to experience shoulder pain. The associate was plumbing a truck on [REDACTED]. The associate was pulling on a hose from under the truck. Associated stated there was some resistance when pulling. As the hose was being pulled up he felt a pop in his left shoulder. Associate tried stretching over the next [REDACTED] but the pain increased and the injury was reported.
