The Worker was lifting a cracked wheat bag just a few inches to get the last of it out with chain hoist.

The hoist limit switch did not stop the chain at the buckle. This caused the chain to brake. The bag and holder fell on top of the hopper. There was no danger of the employee getting hurt. The holder cant fall out of the frame. Employee stated that it made their body fill weird. Eventually they said it made their body ache.
