Before the incident
The angle that I restrained the patients arm seemed to have inflamed or tweak something in my wrist.
What happened
Patient pulled off his shoe and tried to throw it at staff in the day hall. When I restrained the patient my wrist bent at an ackward angle. I ignored the pain until we were able to safely get patient in the seclusion room.
