Employee was pulling a rack of frozen fish from the blast freezer #2 and when he tried pulling the rack it would not move.The employee jerked the pallet jack to get the rack to move and in doing so the pallet jack moved and pinned the employee right ankle into the yellow rail causing discomfort. C
