Before the incident
Employee (EE) was attempting to align the stuck 26 door from the Commander after it was struck by another 26 door as it tried to go into the [REDACTED] where it had impacted a 24 door As they tried to align the door they activated the foot pedal to release the opposite side clamp The clamp been actuated into the non clamping position so when the pedal was activated it pushed the door into the guide bar assembly which the EE had their left thumb which was impacted by the 26 door The injured employee immediately sought out the supervisor and then reported it to the EHS Supervisor
