Employee was attaching a tie down strap to the side of a trailer to restrain the doors within as they pulled the strap to tighten the hook lost contact with the hold down This resulted in the coming free and led to the employee falling backwards onto their back As they began to fall they put down their left hand to catch themselves and prevent any injury In the process their left wrist was twisted under their weight
