The supervisor notified the EHS Supervisor who spoke with the employee and referred them to the on?site Fit For Work contractor. After evaluation the employee appeared to be okay. The supervisor notified EHS who briefly discussed the issue with the employee and asked them to return at [REDACTED] to begin documenting the injury. At [REDACTED] the employee went to the EHS desk didnt see them and left. The next day at about [REDACTED] the EHS Supervisor received a message that the employee had called off due to back pain and planned to visit their own clinic.
