EE was changing blade in utility knife to trim units before loading onto the line he used invalid access area to access line after it stopped and bumped into blade that had been placed on magnet to change blades

EE was on Inspection Line 1 load end changing his blade EE noticed the line had stopped On his way to see what the problem was EE squeezed through the open area where the blades had been placed and accidently brushed up against them causing laceration to the back EE was taken to the nurse for treatment
